Sullivan County Conservation Club... the one and only organizer of the
"King of the Ice" Fishing Contest!
KING OF THE ICE CANCELED ===
Ice conditions have been declared by the
authorities to be unsafe for this weekend. Unstable patches, open areas, and warm weekend weather will make it potentially
dangerous to have an excessive number of anglers on White Lake. We have been advised by the local authorities to cancel the
contest due to safety concerns. We know everyone was anxious to fish, but the safety of those who would be out on the ice
is first and foremost our concern. A great deal of time and effort goes into preparing for this annual event, and we would
not consider canceling without just cause. Checks will be mailed back to anyone who pre-registered. The annual winter gun
raffle fundraiser will still be drawn Sunday as scheduled. We hope to see you all again next year when winter gets back to

For over 30 years, the Sullivan County Conservation Club has presented
the area's premier ice fishing contest... King of the Ice! Hats, 50-50 and raffle tickets will be available at the
registration site. Cash prizes and trophies will be awarded for winning fishing categories: Trout, Pickerel, Perch,
Crappie, Walleye. Youth trophies also awarded to kids in each category (no cash prizes). Complete rules and details

Weigh-In & Awards at White Lake Fire Dept. (1596 St. Rte. 17B)
runs 6am-3pm. Awards & Prizes follow
- New this year: Youth 15 & under are
FREE with paid adult.
- Up to $2000 total cash & prizes! Largest eligible fish $500

As we wrap up our coverage of this year's King of the Ice, we want to extend our sincerest thanks
